Steps a. – c. are self explanatory
as shown in the diagram Part 1. The
exciting part is step d. It anyone
fails to meet the requirements to collect commissions in Part 1 the money goes
into a BONUS POOL for the Top Agents that create the most new sales volume for
the month.

Through January 15th 2009 BONUS POOL will
be divided among the 5 Agents creating new sales and the top 5 Agents that
train new agents who make a sale. Now look at the next paragraph to see how

UNHEARD OF SUPER BONUS BOOST
TO PART 1
Not all the residuals
coming from residuals will be paid out in Part 2 of the chart because it will
take time for Agents to maximize residual income in part 2. Rather than pocket those like other companies
would 1st Interstate Bancard is taking
every cent not paid in Part 2 and putting it into the Part one Bonus Pool.
Part 2. MONTHLY RESIDUAL WEALTH BUILT ON ACCOUNTS
Rank and Promotion
Level – Because this is a unique industry great consideration was given to Rank
and getting Promoted. All ranks and
residual pay are based on 2 simple Qualifications:
1. Your
Personal Sales – From Part 1 of the pay plan
(above) that gives you good personal cash flow quickly on a weekly basis. You
need two (2) qualified sales per month to collect your multiplied Residual
Income. Here are some helpful details:
A. Personal Sales in Part 2
Qualification – You get a monthly month carry over for excess sales. If you sell 6 Part 1… Quick Cash systems one month (you are
paid all per Part 1 weekly) you will earn a carry over of two (4) to the
following months. This is so you can
earn credit for… a vacation or emergencies while qualifying to collect
residuals automatically for this qualification.
B. If an agent doesn’t
meet the monthly qualification of 2 Part 1 sales no
downstream residual commissions will be paid.
The commissions will be “rolled up” to the next qualified agent. There
are NO holes where the company takes the money.
Agents gets it all. There will be no empty spots left in the
residual commission tree. This maximizes
your income. As agents leave the company (sadly it will happen) this will
create more residuals that flow to you the upstream. The bigger the organization you build the
more the benefit to you.
2. Required
Monthly Residuals:
Group Residual Volume through 8 levels of pay controls how many
downstream levels you get paid. These are BIG long term benefits! Your required
monthly commissions counts all of your residual sales
of your downstream in the levels that you are qualified for. (See chart)
A. You get paid as
shown in the chart on each level. Your
own personal residual efforts are paid on level 1. Then the work that your team does (with you
helping) pays you through 7 more levels. (See chart)
B. With time and work
you get promoted to higher ranks and collect on more levels of income. Your multiplied downstream residuals will
increase because of your monthly residuals… and those in your downstream work
and increase not only their downstream residuals but yours too! (See chart)
C. This increase of
monthly residual commissions happens faster when all of the people in your
downstream work as a team to help each other.
For instance you are allowed to sign up new agents under another agent
in your downstream (example if they are in the same area or they are friends). Those people that are “cheerleaders” with
their downstream (and upstream) and share leads, tips and secrets will
accelerate their growth.
The Mega
Bonus Pool:
This pool collects 2% of the gross residuals and pays the pool out to
top workers who build to the Presidential Sales Director level. This is estimated to be a million dollar pool
paid quarterly to all Presidential Sales Directors who have qualified at that
level for the three months prior. Make
this your goal to go to the top and share in this exclusive pool!
